Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on your destination country and the value of your order. In every country, free shipping applies once your order reaches a certain threshold. The exact shipping cost for your order, or whether it ships free, is calculated and clearly displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Our International Warehouses

naturaveda is an international company that brings together herbal knowledge from the world's most important healing traditions: Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine and European herbal medicine. This global foundation is also reflected in our logistics.

Depending on your location and the availability of the product you ordered, your order will be shipped from one of our international warehouses:

The warehouse is selected automatically, so there is nothing you need to do. Our system always chooses the fastest and most reliable option for your location.

Delivery Time

Delivery time is 5-8 business days worldwide from the time you place your order.

Since your order may ship from different countries depending on the product, you may in some cases receive multiple packages at slightly different times, all within the stated delivery window. If this happens, we will notify you by email and provide separate tracking numbers.

Tracking

As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your personal tracking number, so you can follow your delivery in real time.

Customs & Import Regulations

naturaveda ships internationally and handles the entire shipping process. Please note that depending on the destination country, import duties or local taxes may apply.
